A free assignment and exam tracker built for college

A generic to-do app doesn't know a midterm matters more than a discussion post, or that three deadlines are landing on the same Friday. Academic Load keeps every class's work in one place and shows you how heavy the week ahead really is.

One checklist for every class

Each class gets its own color. Tasks carry a due date and a priority, and the list makes overdue and due-soon items impossible to miss. Deadlines that come in from your syllabi land in the same list as the things you add yourself.

See the week ahead before it happens

The week-ahead view stacks up everything due in the next day, week or month with a rough estimate of the hours it will take, and points out your busiest day. It's the fastest way to notice that Thursday is a problem while it's still Monday.

Add tasks by talking

In browsers that support speech recognition (Chrome and most Android phones), tap the mic and say one sentence like "chem lab report due Friday, high priority." It picks out the name, the date and the priority and adds it for you.

Reminders and timers

  • A daily email when something is due tomorrow, which you can switch off in Settings.
  • Countdown timers for exams and deadlines.
  • A study planner on the calendar: drag an assignment onto a free slot to schedule time to work on it.

Try it with your own classes

Free to start, no card, takes about 30 seconds.
