Find a time your whole study group is free

Scheduling a study group over a group chat takes twenty messages and someone always misses one. In Academic Load everyone adds their class times once, and the whole group sees one shared week with the gaps lit up.

How it works

  • Create a group and send everyone the invite link.
  • Each person adds their class times to their own calendar.
  • The group's shared week shows who has class when, and marks the stretches nobody is busy in. A list underneath spells out the windows: which are free for everyone, and which are free for just some of you.

You control what teammates see

By default your group sees only that you're busy at a given time, not which class it is. Three opt-ins, each off until you turn it on for a specific group: show your class names, share your checklist, and count the study time you've planned as busy time.

Then actually study together

  • A shared live whiteboard: draw together with pages, photos of notes to write over, voice chat, and export to an image or PDF. It works on laptops, phones and tablets, with Apple Pencil support on iPad.
  • Share a flashcard deck with the group so everyone can study it or copy it to their own account.
  • See each other's open tasks when members choose to share their checklist.

Try it with your own classes

Free to start, no card, takes about 30 seconds.

Questions

Do my teammates need an account?

Yes, a free one. The invite link takes them through signing up and drops them straight into your group.

Can my group see which classes I'm taking?

Only if you choose to. By default they see that you're busy, not what you're busy with.

Is it free?

Creating and joining groups doesn't require Premium.
